Rice Krispies treats

Want to bring something that is sure to sell at the concession stand? Huge Rice Krispies treats are always popular. 

To make the big, 4-inch Rice Krispy treats: 

1. Melt 12 Tablespoons butter and 2 packages (16 oz. each) of marshmallows in a large saucepan over low heat. 

2. Add 18 cups of Rice Krispies cereal and stir until well coated. 

3. Press into a buttered jelly roll pan (12x17). 

4. Cut into twelve 4-inch squares and wrap individually in saran wrap.
